ROUTE

The Grand Parcours, covering 120 km with 1,500 m of elevation gain, is the ideal option for cyclists looking to push themselves.

It begins with a climb through the Neufeys forest and its gravel paths, which make you want to speed along. At the end of this first forest section, a more rural stretch opens up, leading to the eastern end of the route, a few turns of the wheel from Mirecourt.

On this second section, the route mainly alternates between beautiful little roads and paths along the edge of fields, with several hills to spice things up. You will then arrive in Vittel via a section of particularly beautiful climbs and remarkable paths leading to a playful single track.

You will cross the Vittel Thermal Park, then pass by iconic sites such as the racecourse and Club Med, which bear witness to the elegance of this renowned spa resort.

Next, a green section of forest will lead you to the Lac de la Folie de Contrexéville, which you will follow for your viewing pleasure.

If there is any madness, it will be on the next hill, whose gradients of up to 16% will probably leave a lasting impression on you. There are then around 40 kilometres left to return to Neufchâteau, during which a final challenge awaits you 15 kilometres from the finish: a 700-metre climb with a gradient of up to 15%.

In summary, this is a rolling route punctuated by numerous climbs, some of which are very steep.
